History of the Main Hostel

Our College hostel provides all kinds of facilities with an excellent infrastructure. The building was constructed at the cost of Rs.2.25 crores within the college premises and started functioning from September 2000.The students are admitted in the hostel according to the distance of their residence. Preference is always given to the students from for away. They all co-operate with each other by helping one another. Students also hail from different places, states.

The students are provided with a good and a clean accommodation. They are given nutritious vegetarian food, in addition to eggs and milk. All the food items are always prepared in a very hygienic manner. Considering the health condition of the students, an R.O water facility is installed in the main hostel and students are advised to make use of it. This helps a lot in maintaining the good health of the students’ .The students are instructed not to waste food items and to keep the rooms, washrooms and the dining hall neat and tidy. A mess bill for each student is based according to check. So, only a meager amount is collected from each one which includes room rent and electrical charges. All the inmates co-operate very well for the betterment of the hostel campus.

Several activities has been introduced till date such as updated kitchen, CC TV’s , R.O. Plant, sports items, Biometric attendance system, PA system with amplifier, Internet facility, Xerox, Telephone facility, gardening facility, Health Centre facility , Reading and Entertainment facility for the development and welfare of the students.
